Every year, a percentage of your fundraiser walks out the door.

Run it yourself with Fundly. Donations go straight to your own Stripe account and your own bank. They never pass through us.

Built for booster foundations running more than one program.

What your last fundraiser cost you

$50,000

Your programs kept $200,000.

Card processing is separate, goes straight to your processor at roughly 2.2% plus 30 cents at nonprofit rates, and we take none of that either.

Your donations never pass through us.

The donation goes to your Stripe account.

Not ours. You connect your own bank account directly with Stripe. We never see your banking details, and they never touch our systems.

It lands in your bank.

Payouts go straight from Stripe to you on your schedule. No holding period, no lump-sum reconciliation at the end of a campaign, no waiting for a check from a vendor.

We send you an invoice.

Once a year, for software. Our fee has nothing to do with how much your kids raise. If they double it, we charge the same.

We are a software company, not a fundraiser. We do not solicit donations, we do not hold your money, and we do not take a percentage of it.

See the whole flow, step by step

Four things that change.

Your donor list is yours, and it survives.
Most platforms wipe donor data between campaigns, so every year you start cold. Yours carries over. Next season you can write to the people who already gave, which is the single easiest money in fundraising.
Every donation is credited to a kid.
Each athlete gets a short link. Anyone who gives through it is attributed to that athlete, that program, and that season, automatically. Coaches see who has shared and who has not. No spreadsheets.
The fee does not change if you miss a goal.
Some platforms raise their percentage if participation comes in low. Ours is printed on the contract and does not move.
No merch. No forced tips. No upsell at checkout.
A donor picks an amount, taps Apple Pay, and leaves a note for the kid. Thirty seconds. Nobody is asked to tip a software company on top of their donation to a high school.

A flat annual fee. Per program. That’s the whole model.

No setup fee. No percentage of donations. No fee that climbs when your kids do well, and no penalty if a program comes up short.

Raise $300,000 or a million. Our invoice is identical.

Payment processing is separate, goes directly to your processor at nonprofit rates, and we take nothing from it.

If it has a roster and a budget gap, it works the same way.

The questions we get asked.

Who holds the money?
You do. You connect your own Stripe account and your own bank. Funds go from the donor to you. We never hold, touch, or route your donations.
Are donations tax deductible?
That depends on your organization’s status, not on us. If you are a 501(c)(3), receipts go out with your legal name and EIN on them, and donors get what they need.
What if a program raises almost nothing?
Your cost is the same. We do not charge more for a shortfall.
Can each program have its own page?
Yes. Each one gets its own page, its own goal, and its own roster, all under your foundation.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Point a CNAME at us and your pages live at your address, not ours. Donors never leave your domain.
What do you do with our donor data?
Nothing. It is yours. It is in your contract, you can export it any time, and we delete it if you leave.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon for the foundation, about ten minutes per program.
